I fell in love with Placer County over 30 years ago. It is diverse with multi-generational families, newcomers, artists, and craftsman, along with outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds: hikers, bikers, swimmers, kayakers, or golfers. The local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and wineries lend a wonderful social and entertaining experience. Plenty of specialty gift shops to wander through. The weather is seasonal and getting to enjoy all four seasons is a pleasure.

Becoming a Realtor® 19 years ago seemed the perfect fit for me. Id already raised my kids and being self-employed, I love the freedom of being able to enjoy family AND take care of business. I’ve been in sales and client service for over 35 years, and along with learning the local Real Estate market, I was able to merge the skills learned in those years of building rapport and trust, maintaining effective and consistent communication and follow up as promised. 

Another key ingredient in learning the Real Estate market is having a keen knowledge of the current inventory and values but also maintaining an engaging, working relationship with many of the local agents.  High pressure sales tactics have no place in what my clients largest purchase may be. If you are a buyer looking for a new property, I will ask questions and listen to what you are looking for and then do everything I can to find it for you. If you’re a seller, marketing is my passion. I create a detailed plan of action to do whatever it takes to get your home sold at the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time.
