Jo is great! She helped us buy our second house and then when it came time she helped us sell it. Both times she made it so easy for us and we felt like we really came out ahead on both transactions. While I'm not expecting to ever move back to the gold country if I did I would definitely call her about buying a new house.

We met Jo while checking out the area. She was very helpful in introducing us to the Auburn area. We had moved from another area. Jo was very good at understanding what features we were looking for in a house and took us on a tour of areas and expertly described the differences in the individual sections. When we put the offer in, she gave us advice to streamline the offer acceptance, and we had one issue which she helped us negotiate with the seller on.
