Jo was a fantastic realtor! Truly. She made our house hunting process feel just as it should... like a HOME hunting process. From the first day we met Jo, her warm smile and enthusiastic demeanor was contagious. Immediately, she took mental notes of our likes and dislikes, and taylored them to our search. She was very skillful at getting in "our world" as we walked through homes, trying to envision what our life would be like, day in and day out. As far as communnication, what can I say, Jo was on it! She was reassuring when we were skeptical and quick to provide answers we were wanting. Buying a home is very personal and often times, up and down depending on the day and point of sale.
