Jo's great! We were new to Auburn and living in SF so driving to look at homes was a major hassle as you can imagine. Jo pretty much figured out what we liked and steered us clear of houses that would have been a major waste of time for us to look at. She also would do a walk-through with her video and narrate as she toured homes she thought we might be interested in driving up to look at. In the end, we bought one of her listings - she was great. She took a discount on her commission to make it happen! I believe she was fair during the whole process. We love her and have stayed friends and have referred people we know to her.
